  We had a wonderful experience working with Shawn. He was always available and willing to provide us with whatever documentation was needed during our home buying process. At one point, we were looking at homes on a Saturday and needed to put in an offer by end of day- we texted Shawn and he sent our letter to us and our realtor WITHIN MINUTES. He also took the time to talk through any questions that we had after we were under contract, including explaining the details of our loan multiple times. He keeps us updated throughout our closing process so there were no surprises. He also joined us during our closing appointment in case we had any last-minute questions as we were signing the paperwork. He made the entire experience very easy. We highly recommend working Shawn at Equity Source Mortgage.

  Recently had occasion to refinance my mortgage. The folks at Equity Source found a lender with a better rate and saved me $200 / month. I was very pleased with the speed to lock in the best rate, the ease of signing initial paperwork via the electronic signature , and the Tltle Company Equity Source chose for the final closing. I worked with Jason Walters at Equity Source. He was Very easy to work with , and very knowledgeable .

  This was my second refi with Roy Sperr at Equity Source. Roy is efficient and looks out for the best interest of his clients. He is quick to respond to questions and concerns. Everything was done electronically, with an easy closing in the comfort of my own home. He does a nice job!
