BigSexyVanMan1I closed my account December 10th, and still get statements. Now my closed account is overdrawn from statement fees. The best part is sitting on hold for over an hour to dispute charges that I didn't make on an account that was closed over a month ago. Thanks for sucking!

A D1I hate it now they they changed to Huntington. Absolutely terrible. There are two reps who are always friendly, I avoid the rest. The lines are insane, though they have calmed down. There were lines of 14+ people in the lobby everyday. Drive through takes much much longer than it should. I heard an employee going aroubd the lobby giving what turned out to be wrong information. I had needed something notarized so I went in. I told the girl I needed it notarized and handed her my license. She REFUSED to sign it unless I told her what it was. Saying that she wasn't going to sign anything blindly. I was speechless. I gave her a very basic answer. When I needed another document notarized I went in again . I told her that her one and only job is to check my license to verify that I am who I say I am and to sign that she was witness to me signing the document. I told her that what she witnessing being signed was none of her business and she cannot be demanding the information.

Kristi Larkin1If I could give this negative stars I would! If you are thinking about switching to Huntington bank do yourself a favor and DO NOT do it!! I have banked with tcf bank since I was 16 years old and never once had a problem with them. A few months ago I got a letter in the mail saying they were switching to Huntington but not to worry I wouldn’t have to do anything. Fast forward a few months and my paycheck did not go into my account because they changed the routing number when they switched and never notified anybody. I called to get my routing number and they stated you need to go into the branch to get it. The bank is 25 miles away so not so easy when you work Monday through Friday so I checked the hours for yesterday and the website said 9-6 I arrived at 4:45 and they were closed. The door and the website said Saturday hours are 9-12 so I arrived today at 9:28 and guess what they were closed 😡😡😡😡😡 spire bank here I come!

Reece M1Terrible banking service since the transfer from TCF. I would definitely look elsewhere for your banking needs! They don't even have a change counter and told me to go to cub to get cash to deposit into my account!

Savannah Such1If you’re thinking about switching to Huntington, don’t. I wish they would’ve never bought out TCF. The customer service is terrible and the staff is rude and unfriendly. The lobby is often closed during their “open” hours and the service takes forever. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank as well since the switch just a couple months ago. Only reason I’m still here is because they have free checking accounts.

Momofseven5So far So good! Im actually loving the change! I Always thought I was being ripped off by tcf because my balance Never seemed to match up. With Huntington bank its right on. No problems yet Thankfully!! They also have this stand by cash for emergencies and an over draft forgiveness deal up to $50 and u dont get that stupid over draft fee or fees. I haven t had to deal with them being closed when they should've been open. Im guessing its a staffing issue just like Everywhere else!

Sierra Bachler1No one answers the phone. Called customer service for weeks and they “emailed” the branch manager for them to call me back and no call or email. Also, what bank is closed on a Friday at 1:30pm?! Oh wait… Huntington :/
