  Christen was able to setup an appointment for me in a timely manner. This may sound simple, but I spent an hour and a half with the Monticello branch trying to set up an appointment online. Then I called elk river... Within two minutes I was good to go! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

  Megan earl may have given me dissatisfaction with her customer service skills before but she made my last trip to US bank very enjoyable! To anyone thinking of joining this bank, please remember they do not take fraud seriously if you are a young adult in college! Thank you US bank for 10 years of awesome service!

  There have been a couple of instances where I have had Mobile banking troubles and the branch manager has gone above and beyond to fix the problems. Thank you for making things right with your customers vs taking their hard earned money! I appreciate it so much. Amazing customer service!

  I frequent this branch often, and it's staffed with permanent employees (unlike some other branches that always have a new face at every visit). Jen in particular is great and always very friendly. Jen went out of her way to assist me with cashing a special check on my business account.

  When we opened the account we put $2000 in. It was 90 days before we could spend more than $500 (no wires, debit cards, cashier's checks over $500). How do you pay for rent and groceries like this? Then today, I went to deposit money from the sale of a car. Now they're telling me I can't deposit more than $500 in cash. What a worthless bank! They won't let you spend over $500 and you can't deposit over $500. What good is a bank if you can't deposit money or use it? Plus the staff is cold and unfriendly. I hate going in there. I'm finding a new bank today.

  The best customer experience I have had at a bank. Britani and Mark were so awesome to work with and made our loan process extremely easy and so fast. I would send anyone to this location over any other. Thanks for the help guys!

  I have been banking here for 2 years now and I appreciate the helpful and friendly demeanor of the staff. They greet me by my first name like a small town branch should. 🙂

  My husband and I have banked here for over a year now. I am not impressed with the customer service at all. They do not seem to understand peoples circumstances and I feel like they charge a lot of unnecessary fees that other banks dont charge.

  Nothing against the branch necessarily, the corporation itself is a thief. They got paid to perform an illegal levy against my account and then charged me $100 on top of that!!!
