  Matt Smerdon @ State Farm in Elk River was very helpful and knowledgeable with helping us find a great deal on our home and auto insurance. We were able to save a lot of money by switching to state farm and Matt helped us find policies that fit our wants, needs, and life. He completely walked us through making the switch and made the whole process easy for us. He never pressured us into paying for more than we wanted, and he was able to explain the big insurance terms by giving us situations that we were able to understand.   The Kevin Gleitz Agency is a great group of people.My calls are always answered quickly by someone willing to help if Mark is not available. If they don't know the answer right then, they find it and promptly call back. Mark has always been extremely helpful when I have called. He handles all our insurance needs from house, boat to the cars. Mark is always very friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. You're treated like family.

  We have been working with State Farm in Elk River since 1977. They have been outstanding to work with, helpful and attentive to our needs. I can't say enough about the agency or the people at the agency. As far as insurance, I would NEVER switch to any other company or agency.   From the 1st date I met Kevin and his associates I have felt they have worked in my best interest regarding my coverages and pricing. I have had any questions answered timely and I believe they have been very thorough when researching my insurance needs. If I have had insurance needs they do not handle they have assisted me to find the resources needed to obtain the coverages. I have been very happy with the service received from this agency.

  I would recommend State Farm to anyone, and I'd send them to Kevin's branch every time. Jordan Madson has spent hours helping me identify what policies would be best for me. He is eager to help, and I have never felt like he is forcing a sale on me. I always feel like he actually cares about whats best for me. I have called the office with the most simple and complex questions. No matter the circumstance, the staff has always been eager to help and to go the extra mile to assist me.

  I was introduced to this agency by my father, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone. They’re a fantastic agency and Meghan R. has been nothing but professional and incredibly helpful.   We have our home, auto, and small articles insurance through Kevin, though we work with Jerad Happe for all of our needs. Our experiences have been wonderful. So wonderful, in fact, that we have recommended them to our family members for their insurance needs. My husband lost his wedding ring about 3 weeks after we got married. All it took was one phone call to Jerad and he handled everything from there on how to get my husband his replacement ring. They make everything a smooth, seamless process and we really appreciate it!
