Paul Harris1Ryan, the store manager is words I can not say on here. I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for decades. And have never met a Ryan Before. Lol. That guy should be a clerk. Because he had no idea what I went to bank for. He then told me I needed to make an appointment for help. Which would be in a week. I was the only person in the bank. He made a power play just to be a you know what. I almost closed my account, but that would let him win. My advice is stay away from Ryan. Super passive aggressive 🤓

PuPPeaZ5I stop by 1-3 time a month and always get A+ service. The teller always greet me letting me know they're with another client and will be with me shortly. They even staple my receipts to my carbon copy without asking, this saves me a step which is nice!

Tina5Wells Fargo always treats us with excellent customer service and the female bankers and tellers seem genuinely happy. The services and technology features go above and beyond what other banks offer, and it's national for branches and banking while out of town or traveling which is a huge plus.

Eric Thompson5I had a great experience with Wells Fargo Elk River. I had made an error on my own record keeping and by the time I caught it, I went in to panic mode. Shanna and Rhonda walked me through getting everything back to square and made me feel like although I made a mistake, they understood and treated me very fairly. Both of them made me feel very comfortable in our choice to bank at Wells Fargo.

Amber1My husband and I have our personal & business accounts with Wells Fargo. This is a HUGE MISTAKE on our part. We have to show identification before making a deposit into our business account! My drivers license was expired (my fault, I know) - the teller was not going to let me make a deposit into my business account because of my expired drivers license!!?? I drive past numerous banks to drive 18 miles to reach this bank. Time for us to switch to a bank that doesn't have ridiculous rules!

Judy Caldwell5Someone was trying to use my card and Wells Fargo altered me right away and they were able to stop it from passing. Very professional and I have been banking with them for I think it’s been 6+ years! Are the drive throughs open tomorrow can anybody tell me?

Matt Glowacki1After I had asked the manager if we could have a seat the Manager on duty said "I don't have time to help you because I have more important things I have to do." mind you also I had patiently been waiting for 45 min prior to being told this. I am personally going to request this very manager to be the one to close out my account, I'm looking forward to a bank that has time to take care of me and show concern for me the customer. When you lose or have a card stolen, Wells Fargo makes all sorts of hoops to jump through... Not being able to set me up a temporary card as their service hotline suggested made me boil. I can not beleive a MANAGER would stoop so low to say that he didn't have the time to help me and had better things to be doing. poor service.
