This bank will NOT let you use your cards for rental vehicles through ANY COMPANY. They have no fraud protection in place and cannot process disputes. Do not let them tell you it's because rental companies will overcharge you. This is not true, and has nothing to do with the rental car companies.

Horribly inept. I visited this bank to add a checking and savings to an existing account. They were unable to complete the setup due to a "computer" error, so we had to return later to sign the paperwork. Two days and two calls later and I still can't see the accounts online. Evidently, they only have one person in Harrison that can assist with new accounts, however, they don't know how to use a phone to return a call. Don't waste your time with these jokers. There are seven other banks in Harrison which, I'm certain, can successfully setup a simple checking and savings account. Maybe I don't have enough money to get the "good" service; I'm not sure what it takes. I'm not real sure how these people are still in business if this is the level of competence that is displayed to all of their customers.

Do urself a favor down the road and save ur 33 dollars every negative Withdraw fee from ur account because when life happens and u have to go in the negative cause u need some diapers for 6 dollars they will hit in with the 33 dollars neg. Withdraw fee. Be sure to know they are going to charge u and make it that much harder for u to get back in the positive. Been banking here for 2 years as called them about this 2 or 3 times in those 2 years and its like the fees keep going up. Glad there making a fortune off other peoples hard times. As soon as I can I'm switching banks will never return and don't recommend.
