  Insisted on collecting previous years property tax at closing a month and a half before it was due on a refinance. Did not share the fact they were withholding over $7000 at closing until the day of closing. Very unprofessional, poor communication. Not recommended! Update: After my closing date there is a three day waiting period before funding. Although at closing I was told there was nothing they could do Waco Title was able to make an exception before funding and did not hold property tax out. I can’t honestly give a 5 star review but I don’t think a one star is deserved at this point. I have changed to a 4 star...appreciate them listening and taking action....proves they care about their customers.

  Waco title always provides a great service to my clients and makes sure they understand everything. It does help that they have staff that are bilingual because many of my client understand Spanish better than English. They understand the importance of explaining what a title company does so they have given us (Realtors) classes so that we can help educate our clients better. Thank you Waco for all that you do for my clients!

  I have used Bobbie Bolain and Deysi Chicas for years for my closings. They are professional and make the experience enjoyable for my customers. Always personable and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. My customers love the personal service they receive from Bobbie when she comes to the Arvest Pea Ridge branch to close....just a little extra personal touch that is offered to my customers.
