  First off I would like to state that your employee Eric will be the reason I will be coming back to you guy's. Any gold/ silver exchange that I have will be solidly through you all because of him. I was very unsure how this whole process works and he broke it down and explained it all too me step by step. I even ended up learning quite a few things from him and made the experience fun and interesting! You have a very wise young man and I'd be willing to bet he will go far in this business. He seems not to be afraid of hard work and he is willing to listen and answer all questions with patience and understanding!
