  The staff was so helpful the scheduling and getting everything set up! I brought my car in the morning and received it a couple hours later. I will definitely be coming to this location from now on!

  A little more than other local dealers for service, but they we're honest about time frames which is super helpful and astronomically better than other local dealerships

  All of the staff in the service department were very friendly and helpful. They were prompt with getting my vehicle checked out and letting me know quickly what was wrong and what the repairs were going to cost.

  $128 for a diagnostic is a little much. Was advised that my vehicle was actually never moved from where it was towed. Seems kinda hard to perform a 99 point inspection with never moving the vehicle. Just an fyi if the diagnosis is wrong we will be requesting a refund on your "service".

  I went in to get an oil change and had a suspicion that I needed new brakes. At the previous place I went they kept telling me that my brakes were fine. However, Lucas and his team were able to determine that I was causing serious damage to my car. Needless to say I was pissed. Lucas and I chatted for about 40 minutes while my car was being fixed. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Lucas and his team to anyone needing their car serviced.

  It would have been helpful to have found a receipt and my keys left in the car. My bill was already paid and my car has keyless entry. That was how we have done it before, but granted we did not discuss it and now I get to make another trip up there just to get my keys and a receipt. I do appreciate you getting the work done in one day thank you

  Great service dept. I was very impressed with the speed of the service and that I didn’t have to make an appointment. I don’t know if you don’t ever have to make an appointment but that was my experience. Very friendly with the lowest price on service around. The service writer Derek was very knowledgeable and gave tips on future service, what was important and what could wait. I will definitely be back!
