  I have just recently completed the refinancing of the reverse mortgage on my home. Anyone who has gone through this process knows that it can be quite stressful. However, I have to say that I was truly fortunate to have been able to work with Emir Abdo with Ennkar. His direction, attention to detail, constant communication and true caring about my best interests made the entire process smooth and very "stress free". I was able to reduce my interest rate for a significant savings and, at the same time, have access to additional funds for home projects. The entire team worked with me to make sure everything was done in a timely manner so as not to incur any delays in the completion process. I would highly recommend Emir Abdo as a mortgage consultant for any mortgage needs and would not hesitate to contact him again with any future needs.

  In refinancing my reverse mortgage, I spoke with three companies and their reps. Emir Abdo with Ennkar was the only one consistently knowledgeable, informative and patient in answering my sometimes poorly worded questions. His positive approach and attentiveness kept reassuring me when the process could seem daunting. He made it easy. I highly recommend Emir as a great person to work with and tireless and helpful representative of Ennkar.

  I just closed on my reverse mortgage and I am amazed at how easy Garrett Hicks and Yvonne Nguyen made the whole process - start to finish! They were there every step of the way - always available to answer any question I had and explained everything so I could understand it and know where I was in the process. Fantastic people and fantastic company!! I highly recommend them!!!!

  My experience w this company has been second to none! In particular our rep Foze Enabe who's been absolutely amazing. Humane, caring, detail-oriented & an overall gentleman in attending to my family's needs in handling our reverse mortgage. Much kudos to Enkaar for epitomizing what a true lending company should represent.

  AVOID. Unreliable. Undependable. I wanted to do a loan, an easy high value loan, gave their agent all my info - then he disappeared. For days. I had to track him down. He lied twice to me about sending it. I then spoke with another agent and guess what? Same treatment. I assumed this organization was a scam and stole my financial info. I wrote a complaint to the company ENNKAR and ? Same treatment. No response. No trust here. Buyer Beware. Pass the word. AVOID ENNKAR If you need a refi or reverse mortgage check reviews (like this) BEFORE you give financial info. You deserve respect - you won't get it here from ENNKAR

  8 months ago we tried for a reverse mortgage with a national company, signed everything, paid for the counseling, then was told it didn't go through. When Andres Abdo said he could get us a lower interest rate we were very cautious but he was so sure he could get it for us. We had to pay for counseling again but we believed he could do it. He was very knowledgeable and called and kept us updated all the time. Made us feed as though we were very important to him. THE LOAN WENT THROUGH!!! We highly recommend him and his company. They sure came through for us.

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have gone through 2 other refinance companies and all I received from them were lies to get my business. Andres Abdo at Ennkar was truthful throughout the whole process. He made everything go smoothly and he was someone I could totally trust. I will definitely go to him if I need any kind of financial loans.

  If we could give more stars, we would! We are completely satisfied with our reverse mortgage process, Andres Abdo and Jez Litonjua provided EXCELLENT customer service. Andres delivered on what he promised, he did not over state anything nor did he make claims that were not delivered. Both Andres and Jez were prompt in replying to any questions and maintained communication throughout the process. Being early retired due to a disability, Andres was able to deliver what others only promised and then never produced. If in the market for a reverse mortage or a refinance, I highly recommend Andres Abdo at Ennkar.com.
