  Very please with my Refinance Loan that I was able to get from Carrington. The whole team was very helpful and professional on their work. Every time I had questions they will answer via telephone or email. They make me feel very confortable with the process. Very happy I choosed Carrington.

  Chris was wonderful. He helped me through the entire process and even after the closing. He listened to what I needed and gave me several options to get there. The whole loan process was very quick. The closing even took place at my home. I would highly recommend Carrington Mortgage to anyone wanting a more personalized experience.

  Don't expect return phone calls. Erika Samaniego is a "supervisor" with terrible communication. Absolutely rude. A dozen phone calls and not 1 attempt made to return my call back. She is the worst. This company does not close on time and I would never recommend them. A terrible experience. Jared Robbins is also awful to rely on any phone calls back.

  I was surprised to experience such a professional and pleasant outcome when refinancing my home loan. The representative or loan consultant was very nice and helpful. It was a total different experience compared to their customer service I dealt with prior to refinancing.

  Our loan was originally purchased from another lender and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But, we have re-financed with Carrington twice now. The first for a lower rate and shorter term and this time, we took cash out for loan consolidation. Both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The first time, Shilo Pryor helped us and the second time, our loan officer was Joshua Camp-Yeomans, who is on Shilo’s team. Both were excellent! The process was painless and quick and we had the loan closed within about a month. We’ve had no problems throughout the life of our loans. I could not be more pleased with the company and our loan officers. I would highly recommend Carrington Mortgage!

  In response to Carrington's request to "call"...you had previously failed...the negatives for Carrington across the "net" are fair warning. Carrington is a "Junk" loan debt collector. Poor customer service. Poor accounting practices. Inaccurate credit rating reporting. Over 400+ Complaints against Carrington have been filed with the BBB. Over 200+ negative reviews against have been posted against Carrington...along with class action and individual lawsuits have been filed against Carrington.
