  Knowing I needed their assistance in an urgent matter re. completing a loan, the manager promptly called me back ... having already followed through with the docs needed to complete a very long process. I can't express enough how lovely, understanding and thorough he was. Loans and appraisals are a very laborious process, with massive amounts of regulations and documents, so I'd give him ten stars if I could.

  This company flat out does not do good work. Undervalued our home by $40k. He was at my home about about 12 minutes flat. They don't use relevant data for comps and upgrades. The guy did not even measure properly for square footage Took a guest at the size of my New garage and it was off. Then called me back and asked me to take pictures and send them to him that he forgot .Maybe they are following instructions to undervalue homes? Either way stay far away.

  They assigned me to do drive by BPOs for them. I turned in all the reports only for them to ask for request that are not reasonable/feasible. When I explained that to them, no response. Signed in my account, they erased all my reports and I am pretty sure they aren't going to pay me. I should of listened to the reviews. Lesson learned. Complete waste of time.

Maybe they are following instructions to undervalue homes? Either way stay far away. My appraisal was done by "Stacy Howe".

  The website is easy to navigate. Completing a report or inspection can have a couple of glitches. They have work to fill in the times when you don't have any work to do. They pay after 30 days from their customer accepting the report/inspection.

  Angelina Ramirez and her team at Consolidated Analytics are amazing! Above and beyond customer service with immediate attention to any questions that arise. They consistently deliver on their promise. Highly recommend this group- this is a true partnership. A+++ Team!

  I have worked for this company for two years doing bpos. There is always an issue with payment sometimes it takes them months to pay you. They do not respond to calls or emails. They are very unprofessional. It is mid February and I have not been paid for January.

  They lied to me about what they wanted done. I accomplished their tasks just for them to add new tasks that were not feasible. They have not paid me for the job I did for them. They continue to contact me to do work for them despite me telling them multiple times to not contact me.

  I complete bpo/property inspections for Consolidated Analytics and they bounced a $30.00 payment to me. Several attempts made to resolve this problem, but they don't even respond to emails or messages left. Beware if you do work for CA!

  I have been working with Consolidated Analytics for over two years and they are a top quality AMC. There communication goes above and beyond and any questions I have are answered quickly! In this business communication is key and being informed the entire way makes it a more efficient process and allows for smoother transactions! What more can you ask for :)
