  Worse service ever! Costumer service is really rude I called to pay my truck loan off and the rep was extremely rude and not helpful. I also asked to speak to a manager or supervisor none of them were there which I find ridiculous! I am extremely angry with their services please please don’t ever get them as a finance service I’m glad I’m done with them! I don’t write reviews but man I’m 😤 angry so angry with them!

  I have actually had nothing but pleasant experiences from them. I have had my vehicle for over a year, and when tough times happened, I contacted them. Another writer spoke poorly of Jesse, however I spoke with him today because I just started a new job and had to go 3 weeks before my first check. (Started at the beginning of a pay period.) No issues. I believe that if you communicate with your lender whether is California Auto Finance or anyone else, you will find a pleasant experience. Now you also have to understand that they deal with deep subprime. Most people are way behind and will lie and make up excuses...just keep in mind, Jesse works in collections, he's paid to collect. If you want customer service stay current.

  These people are SO DAM UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HAVE NO WAY OF TALKING TO PEOPLE WHEN I call you can never speak to the manager thy give you the run around when they leave voicemails they think that speaking with a high tone is gonna make me scared or intimidate me to call. I hate this company they need to HIRE NEW PROFESSIONAL people who know how to deal with customers.

  This is the most unprofessional lack of communication company I have ever crossed with. They're bilgerent and constantly harass clients and any references given; supposedly part of their procedures. Very unethical company. We never knew the auto loan was sold to them. Before we received letter & info from them we had been called and charged with being late, and treated extremely rudely.

  my car was reposed for non payment which I understand for over a week I've been calling to ask HOW much I have to pay to give it to them so I can get my car back and I've been yelled at, talked down to and asked what Im doing with my money. I asked and pleaded before they took the car to give me till my payday which was less then a week away from when I first talked to them and they said no I told them they can have my card number and everything and still no. Now these mofos want double of what I owe and I told them I was not able to do that so there's a repo on my credit because of there inconsiderate disrespectful asses. I URGE you DO NOT get financed with this company

  This place is HORRIBLE!!! They repossessed my husbands car by accident!!! These people are a joke!! Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company. They have no idea how to tie their shoes much less work in finance!

  They don’t report to your credit which is kinda the whole reason why I financed a new car in the first place, I think the reason they do that is so ur credit doesn’t get better so they can keep you at your insanely high monthly payment very shady

  they have started to take sensitive training so it seems that business is starting to run a lot better. Some of the customer support people still have attitudes but they still do their jobs and help when possible. Thank you for an improvement.👍
