Gilbert Diaz1By far the worst finance company I have ever been with very rude customer service skills by their employees they don’t know how to talk to customers with respect I understand you need to get a payment from customers but there is a certain way to go about it.Hey soon as I was one day late with my payment they were harassing me leaving My Father and I voicemails that I have to surrender my car I understand in California there is no grace. But at least try to be lenient with customers I was going through a very tough time literally lost everything and I tried to explain that to them the only thing I was paying was my car because that’s what gets me from point a to point B literally seven days late and they took my car

Laura Marquez1The WORST finance company I have ever dealt with. Not by choice. They harass by text and calls. They claim my due date is different than on my contract. They just put a block on my "pay near me" card permitting me to pay my payment, so of course they'll charge me more fees. Who does that? Harass you, then block payment. They lack professional intelligence.

4x_Bronco2Very unorganized and rude group of people. I called in to confirm the payment I made today. I called the main number, pressed 3 to talk to customer service. Was on hold for about 3 minutes, was connected to Jose I believe in repossessions. I then told him why I was calling and he just started questioning me like I was an idiot about why I was connected to his department, making it sound like i hit the wrong number at the directory, even though I pressed 3 for customer service not repossessions. Not my fault. Then he refused to transfer me to the correct department. Kept telling me we can argue all day about who's fault it was as I was explaining that I did in fact call the right department and the error was on their end. I then asked to speak to a supervisor he refused again. I swear if I was face to face with this listless so called customer service rep he would have a broken nose. Telephone tough guy. I doubt this review will keep them from getting customers because most of us are stuck with dealing with these disrespectful and unprofessional people. I can tell you my loan is handled through Challenge and Escondido Auto Thrift was where I purchased my car. Stay away. Far away. I got suckered in due to a lack of a good credit score and the need to have a vehicle for work.

This company is so horrible I am literally willing to take a repossession on my record just to not have to deal with this company. By far the absolute worst company to do business with. I have emailed, text, called, wrote a letter about trying to get help. When calling in they refuse to transfer me to a manager. If you have any questions they will give you the run around and refuse to help you. Every single rep I have spoken with has been extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been yelled at, cursed at, and hung up on several times. I have politely asked to speak to a manager or get a call back from anyone but Lupe or Mario and she refuses to help me. She refuses to show any respect or professionalism. Mario backed her up and went along with also condoning her behavior and then hanging up on me as well. This is the last place that deserves anyone's business & I dont know how they have not been shut down yet. Ghetto, disrespectful, incompetent, and should not be in customer service. Horrible horrible people.

Josh Morris5As a dealer working with these guys has been great. The collectors are nice and efficient. The management is always helpful. They do everything they are supposed to do. The only people that complain here are the ones that get their car repo'd because they failed to make the payments. You never hear from all of the happy customers who were so excited to get a second chance. Thanks!

Delayna M1**BEWARE**WORST FINANCE COMPANY!! I have had two loans with them. When calling to make arrangements and to work out payment options Ricardo was rude he harassed me and threaten me I asked to speak with a manager Jacqueline and she was rude and harassing as well I have never spoke to someone that was actually nice from challenge financial. Consider going to another company before choosing challenge financial!!!

Monica Perez1This company SUCKS, can't believe they called me today and yelled at me....um that's something you don't do at all when you work with customers then the stupid lady hangs up. She was demanding payment and I told her she will get her payment however; not today...my payment is due on the 20th and today is the 21st and harrasing to repo my car and calling my references...omg!!! This people have no customer skills. I did request for them NOT to call and they continously do call back to back...I think thats considered harrasement already 😡

I paid the car the time frame and the day RAQUEL said they sent me a text two days later saying that they didn't receive my payment took screen shots of my receipt and when it was sent to my email I also screen shot my bank account. Better hope you don't get ELLIE cause she will hang up on you give you horrible attitude and make sure your not transferred to their "PROFESSIONAL MANAGER" RAQUEL cause she will cut you off when you talk and of course only thing they're most talented is top notch rudeness.

Deng Auto Tech1Very deceiving company, they don't care about their customers only customers money. They will lie to you, over charge you for things you know nothing about. When talking to them on the phone they tell you something and the next day they will say that they didn't tell you that. Greedy and unprofessional don't let them finance your car. I had tickets on mine and it was impounded by the state and after that all the tricks and lies came in for them to put it as a repo and went to pick up the car instead of helping out when I was just going to pick it up. Then they want to add all kind of fees, but they can get fat with the car because there are many more out here.

M D5I just got financed by them And they have been good to me so far. I will keep tight records of receipts when making payments. And document any and all phone calls. The best way to protect ourselves is proof. I’m happy they financed me. Hopefully after reading all these really bad reviews I don’t change my mind down the line.
