  I strongly recommend Joe and his team. I was referred by a friend/realtor Joe answered all my questions and I had many questions. He was so patient with me and so knowledgeable This was our second home purchase. The lender from our first purchased was nothing compared to Joe. Joe would call me every Tuesday to fill me in on all updates. The whole process was fairly easy from day one and we were able to close before the expected date. Thank you Empire Mortgage Solutions.

  This team is so professional! I didn't even know I could refinance all on my own but they reviewed my options so carefully. They made things happen and even in the craziness of the pandemic, they got me through my refinance process as smoothly as possible. Now I'm saving monthly and my interest is super low! I look forward to selling my home in the future and purchasing through them. I recommend this team to anyone needing assistance with a patient team. They truly love what they do!

  Initially I started the home buying process with my personal bank when my Realtor mentioned Joe and that he can possibly give me a better deal. I called Joe he saw me immediately and showed me what Empire Mortgage Solutions can do. I definitely got a better deal but I also felt much more comfortable working with Joe and his assistant Gloria. Felt like family. Joe knows his stuff and Gloria is on top of all the details. I was on a time crunch with the seller but this team made it happen with time to spare. I will definitely come back to them for my second home.

  My wife and I closed on our first home this last March (‘19). Just like every couple eager to find the home of their dreams, finding an honest mortgage broker can be equally difficult. When we met Joe, we immediately felt comfortable. Once we found the house we wanted, Joe was prepared and closed our home loan in no time. Incidentally, Joe delivered on everything he quoted us upfront and the process was seamless. We will 100% go back to Joe to refinance and refer all friends and family.

  I couldn't be any more thankful and satisfied with the results. From the beginning to the end the entire staff kept it professional with a family touch. I never once was mislead. When I first walked through the doors of Empire Mortgage Solutions I was somewhat skeptical and pessimistic about hearing the words ' sorry we can't help you refinance because of your credit and many other reasons that would make it impossible to even consider refinancing., But the minute I was greeted by Abe I knew it was going to be okay. He brought in Joe and brought reassurance that I was at the right place and made me feel the trust and loyalty of family . I never once felt the pressure to use there professional service. From beginning to end I was delivered success and exactly what was said to me from day one! I really didn't believe it could be real or done but wow!!!   Joe, Gloria and the rest of their team is awesome! We close on our first home this week and they helped with our anxiety and got everything done extremely fast. We are closing escrow sooner than we thought we would given some issues we had with the sellers. We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
