      I am not pleased at all. I went to this branch on Sat 1/29/2022 to close my mother in laws account due to her passing away and I was told that I needed an appointment to do this and that there was additional paperwork that needed to be completed that required a notary and the notary was not there that day, I am not sure about this process as I have all the required paperwork that is needed. These additional paperwork does not sound right to me I am not sure this gentleman knew what he was talking about. I believe his name was Orlando Pardo. I drove there from Moreno Valley only to be turned away and to make an appointment. I just do not understand what the appt is for and what the probate document was for if my husband has the court docs appointing him as the executor/admin of her estate.

      I forgot why I never come to this location. I just want my money!! There’s NO mega ATM here to get $K’s out. You have to wait in line forever just to get your own cash. I also hate the small talk. I’m sorry, I don’t have the time.

      I went in this morning to see if I could convert my time account CD that matured into a step~rate. I asked the male employee who was helping me, if there were bonus rates for a step~rate CD, since I have a portfolio checking account. He outright lied and said no. When I asked to see the step~rates, instead of showing me the rates on the computer, he printed them out, omitting the bonus rates. I went home and checked the Wells Fargo site. There are bonus rates for a step~rate CD if linked with a portfolio checking account. The rate isn't much, since CD rates are low all around, but why did the employee feel the need to lie and tell me there were no bonus APR rates for a step~rate CD when there are?

      Closed the door on my face right at 5 pm on the dot not even a minute after I practicly killed myself to get there on time. Was late on rent and was told by the security gaurd I should have got there sooner. I think pointing out the obvious is to me a form of sarcasm which is not the way Wells Fargo customers should be Treated.

      I wait for a week to get in for an appointment. I call at opening time to say that I would be late. They are so understaffed that don't even have another person that has the experience to help. "The other branches took our most qualified. "

      i will never give any business to wells fargo bank - my cd expired in august & I called the 1-800 number to close our cd & asked for the proceeds to be sent to me - "Janae" processed all info. on 8/2 . One week before maturity. I did not receive proceeds! Called again on 8/21 & John Dester in "escallation dept." assured he would handle this problem and I would received proceeds. Called again on 8/27 and "Russ" apologized again & assured me I would receive proceeds! Today is Sept. 10th & I will finally, in person, visit the local branch Manager to find out why Wells Fargo is holding onto my cd & will not return my money !! What a way to do business.

      Just called regarding foreign currency exchange. Waited 6 rings before a woman answered than she put me on hold for over 4 minutes to see if they had sufficient euros.. Another person answered the phone, introduced herself and asked what I wanted. I explained that I was waiting for a currency question. She explained that the first woman forwarded my call to the foreign exchange and that exchange teller was with a customer. I asked "How should I know that?" I could have waited in excess of who knows how long. I'll take my business to Wells Fargo in Claremont for currency exchange. Far more professional as well as caring.

      Came by this branch to cash a check. They refused because they didn't "recognize" me. Thanks for the great customer service, I guess banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years isn't that important to you guys.

      They are a bunch of liars. I opened an account with them and they said it wouldnt cost me a penny. Somewhat true. My personal banker said i wouldnt have to pay for anything as long as i had a direct deposit set up. Next thing i know, theyre telling me i have to keep $300 in my savings to avoid fees and $20 in my checking to avoid getting my account closed. Scam artist at best.
