  I had a appointment today to discuss credit cards and credit scores. I made the appointment a week ago. I was three minutes early and the bank was closed, why they didn't the website say this location was closed or why didn't they text or call me before I wasted my time coming to this location.

  NO DRIVE THRU. there is always a line at this location. you might as well just use the automated machine on the outside. i couldn't understand what one of the guys was telling me...he gave me a new card and that's all I really needed. i hope they add at least one more teller.

  Kelly was very helpful in regards to auto refinancing, and potential home loans. Will definitely come back when I decide to refinance and our take out a car loan. Great service, ambiance, and attendance. She met all my needs. Recommend her, she knows a lot and can really guide you in the right way. Will come back to this location.

  Me and husband have accounts and asked help to unlock ID Online and update ITIN number. After they passed one person with appointment this was acceptable but after we’re waiting and other costumer with child waiting too, they passed another third person that didn’t had an appointment even was waiting. So much rude.

  Phenomenal customer service! After patiently waiting in line, the bank teller was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Carlos was also very kind and took the time to introduce himself and ensure I had a positive experience at his branch. I will definitely be back to this branch.

  I have send three email requesting appointment for safe deposit box access since July 1st. No respond yet. I understand current pandemic situation, but over 15 business days and still no appointment!!!.

  Awesome staff! Greeted with a friendly banker who is always willing to assist and help. Despite being short-staffed at times -- they are always cheerful and service oriented. A great team of professionals!! I worked at a bank on East Coast for 20 years and recently retired and this team is first-rate and I would have been thrilled to have them on my staff when I was working in banking. Keep up the great work!!

  Every time I go here I give them a chance to not disappoint me, today just did it for me. I use this bank strictly because it is on my way home. A few months ago they informed me that their merchant line is no longer open after 4 pm. I leave work at 5 pm so I have to wait 20 minutes in their line in order to make a deposit (about 1 minute of their time). So I've been trying to take the time to go during the day on my lunch break and today at 2 pm the merchant line was closed and there was about 10 people in line with only one person behind the windows. This is completely unacceptable for such a large bank. I have talked to the manager only to get excuses and a fake smile and I am so done dealing with them. If you have a choice in locations, avoid this one.

  Chino Hills branch is been CLOSED for unknown reason and linked with COVID-19. When customer really need service like SAFE DEPOSIT etc.., their response is POOR, not returning e-mails & phone calls. Hope they improve customer service otherwise bank will loose customers

  Long lines and only two tellers opened. I also bank at Chase and never wait for more than 2-3 mins! Even Citibank is not this bad.
