  The ATM with banker connect is a waist of time! I don't know why they don't have actual tellers. Don't waist your time coming to this bank if you want to see people sitting in their office while you are trying to deal with a person on a screen and have to do everything through an atm

  I've visited many of Comerica's branches but this one is by far my favorite. Their unparalleled customer service will make you feel right at home. Marcos, Danielle, Lexi, & Ellie are amazing.

  Danielle and Marcos are just 2 of the bank associates at Comerica Bank that make it a joy to be banking. They know me by my first name and make me feel I'm their most important customer! Danielle went out of her way to follow up and resolve an issue before I was even a customer. This branch of Comerica is what banking should be about, and when you call, you get them, not an automated drone! I love these people and I'll never leave!!

  There's a big difference between Comerica and the big banks--you can't get the personal service and problem-solving you get at Comerica. Rosie Colin has been extremely helpful for my business, and is reliable in finding solutions.

  I don't know that there is a more personal banking experience than at Comerica. Rosie is excellent and she and the rest of the chino hills branch will take care of you.
