  Can’t say enough about how easy Mike and his partners made our refinance. From the quote to close was less than a month! Fewer documents required, all digital process and even got to skip the appraisal! Call Mike, let him run a quick quote. I thought I had the best rate I’d seen but he crushed it. Using local providers is always the better option.

  Mike's experience, knowledge, and availability made the process of closing on a loan a must for us. This was our first home purchase so Mike had his work cut out as far as keeping us informed about every decision. I don't know his secret but everyone I talked to said underwriting was a disaster for them but for us it was a few back and forth emails/texts and it was over.. Great experience.
