  Had a problem closing my late brothers Costco credit card account. Even emailed Jamie Dimon the Chase CEO. Decided to go to my local Chase branch. The branch manager, Carrie Register greeted me on entering the bank. I showed her the email I had sent to her boss because it explained it all. She immediately apologized for the trouble and got Estate division on the phone. 15 minutes later the account was closed and she promised to call me back in a couple of days just to verify it was done. She did exactly that. I'm 67 years old and seldom impressed by anyone. But this is one smart branch manager. If the other branch managers were as smart as her there never would have been a problem. Mr. Dimon this lady is a keeper.

  Very good customer service. Despite my very weak English, they listen to me very carefully and try to understand what I want. Always happy to help! I really like this bank. Great service!

  Do not do business with this bank. They do not act on directions given and only have excuses. We directed them to sell or stock in our IRA accounts and it took them three days to execute the order resulting in a over 10% loss to us. When asked for some compensation for their not following directions given run around and stonewalled. I was a private client, look else where for your banking and financial services. I would give a zero rating if I could.

  Great service: welcoming and always smiling; happy to accommodate to your needs ( bill note sizes). My mother needed to use the lady’s room and they were extremely kind to facilitate Chase, despite being a big and corporate bank, showed me at this branch a very friendly and warm face Keep it up !

  I have been a chase CC holder for many years, but have not had a checking account with Chase. I needed banking and notary services today, and found the service and management at this branch to be excellent. Thanks again!

  When you cannot put a cash DEPOSIT as a 'gift' in your children's bank account to help them out and you have all their information...that makes for the WORST bank ever. To have the teller giggle at you for being upset at not being to help your children makes for the WORST, worst customer service ever. Don't recommend Chase!!

  Excellent service. I was a little worried when this huge bank bought out my small personal local bank. I shouldn't have worried, I still get great personal and business service!

  Opens an account for me closed it the next day and now my direct deposit will go back to my employer on rent week tried contacting chase and just keep getting sent back and forth
