  I could’ve asked for a better team in securing a home for my family. Frank and his team at Element funding have been phenomenal. Frank and his wife even came to our closing even though it was not required and quite a long drive, at that. That’s the type of work ethic that you get throughout the whole process. Will be going back to them and referring them for future transactions for all of our friends and family. I would highly recommend 10 times over.

  Element Funding, specifically Frank Bennett, came highly recommended. When I first started the process, Frank was out due to a family emergency but I was able to work with other members of his team. Everyone was AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and made the process easy.   Frank Bennett’s and his team took great care of us, made us feel that we were valued. They were very communicative and never had us in the dark. On many occasions when we had questions, I would reach out to Melanie Drake (LA) and she would answer immediately (wow!!), or we would reach out to Frank and as busy as he is, he would take the time to return our calls (wow!!) right away!; and I don’t want to leave our Melanie Whobrey (LP) also was very responsive! We absolutely recommend them!!
