  My husband and I have finally realized our dream of owning a home in the Florida panhandle after years of planning, and many thanks go out to Setco for a seamless transaction. We used a lender who was not local to the area, and through Setco's experienced team and knowledge of recent guideline changes in the industry, our closing went off without a hitch.
