  We moved to the Emerald Coast from Colorado and during a visit stopped by Emerald Coast Beach Homes where we met Sandy Garrett and Michele Warneke. Over the course of 5 months Sandy and Michele helped us find a perfect home, in an area that we loved, at the price point we were looking for. Not only did they send us listings in the area, they would let us know if a particular home was a hot item and would race out to the house, take video, and send to it to us OR would call us live and walk us through the home virtually. When it came to putting in bids on homes they were thorough and knowledgeable and had our best interest in mind at all times. I highly recommend Sandy and Michele, whether you are local to the area or looking for your dream home in paradise -- these two ladies won't let you down!

  We worked with Michele Warneke and Sandy Garrett to find our vacation property in Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach area. They were great since the beginning. They were very responsive and helped us with a virtual tour since we are out of town. They checked several properties for us until we found out our hidden gem. They know the area pretty well, also they know everything related to short term rentals, which was key for us. They also helped us after closing finding some contractors on the area that could help us with landscaping for our property and original wall paint from the builder. Thanks Michele and Sandy for all your help!

  Jacklyn and her team at Emerald Coast Beach Homes helped us purchase our home from a different state! She was extremely helpful, especially because we were not able to be there in person to view the home. Everything was done in a professional manner.   Our family can’t begin to thank Jessica and Jack for their support and help we needed clearing out and then sprucing up our mothers home after she passed to get it ready to sell. Being from out of town we knew no one but Emerald Coast Realty had been highly recommended to us. Emerald Coast helped us find the people to clean out, donate to and even helped us take care of some minor issues the home had. They are a total concierge service realty. Jessica and Jack guided our family thru the home selling process that we needed. If you need help getting your home ready to sell this is your go to realtors.
