  Never had bad experience at Dwayne Lane’s. Awesome staff and great service. Special shout out to Joel; awesome guy. Always friendly and great communication. Never had to ask for the status of my service, Joel would call to let me know what the story was and what time to come get my Jeep. Thanks Joel!

  A quote for $340 to change a couple of $20 air filters that take 5 minutes to replace??? Are you kidding me? Criminal. Bellingham dealer quoted $50 less to replace brake fluid. Get your service done elsewhere. These people are taking advantage of you to the extreme.

  Took my Jeep for an oil change, Nate was very helpful and didn’t wait to get it done, they fast and convenient. Also Jerry was very nice and knowledgeable. Keep it up guys!

  Preston Peterson was an awesome guy to work with when buying my truck, made the process go very smoothly and I was in and out in just a couple hours. If you ever go in I would ask for Preston and he’ll get you set right.

  Dishonest. We will never do business with this dealer and I urge others to avoid them. My wife and I were looking for a particular Dodge vehicle and we saw one listed on this dealer's webpage. I called and asked if that vehicle was still available, giving them all the relevant details. They told me that it was still there. We decided to leave immediately to look at, and likely purchase, the vehicle. Once we arrived, they informed us that the vehicle had sold DAYS ago, but not to worry, they had plenty more vehicles. Just not the one we came to see. They then began the high-pressure sales routine. We left. We live a bit of a distance from the dealer and my wife is pregnant, so it was a hardship for us to make the commute.

  We are sorry and understand your frustration in regards to this situation. It takes about 24 hours for our vehicles to be removed from our website once we sell it. We are always able to locate a vehicle for you and work with you to find the right one, so it was likely our sales team was just trying to provide options for you. Situations like this can happen but we strive to do our best to help customers anyway we can.

  If you need to get your Suzuki serviced, maybe check with the place down in Auburn as well. I left messages about an airbag light weeks ago, and never got a call back. I'll just junk it at this point. but was open to spending money on a diagnosis and fix to start.

  Great experience, Lee Vue was very helpful and showed us many options. Everyone felt very down to earth and me & my wife didn't get any impressions of being pressured to do anything. They worked to meet our needs on trade in value & monthly payment. It all worked out well and I love the new car! I'd recommend Dwayne Lane if you are looking for a new vehicle :)

  Went in to get my tire looked at, they're customer service was excellent. I was in and out quickly. They went above and beyond for me to make sure I was happy. Definitely recommend!

  Worked with Paul Labance. Guy knows his stuff. Always treated well here. Unfortunately that drastically changed. I made it abundantly clear to Paul that I couldn't make payments on a new vehicle until March - as I had a current lease with them on a different truck. This was not communicated to Finance. Finance created the paperwork so the first payment started the day I purchased the vehicle. My first payment date was not communicated to me by Finance. Finance team was not able to change the start date because the lease paperwork had already been processed by the bank. However - it wasn't 'processed' enough that they could change the deal from a lease to a purchase. Cost me $1000 at Christmas time to get this resolved.
