  I get that BECU has good loan programs. I get that they have a wide range of financial services. BUT. You should not have to stand in line an hour to talk to a teller. There is no way i would ever bank there. Every other bank in town has 2 people in line at the most.

  Not part of the "to big to fail" banking industry. Great costumer service whether online, by phone or in person. Great rates including earning interest on checking accounts. I rarely give 5 stars but I would give 6 if i could.

  If anyone is looking for mortgage loan - talk to John Mulnix!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. I can’t express how much we appreciate his professional input in the process of home buying. We’ve shopped around for some time and talked to different loan officers but John definitely tops everyone in his ability to be thorough, specific, patient with 100 questions that we asked and is just overall very diligent in this process of financing. If you go with John you will be in good hands!!!

  I am sitting in the lobby waiting to sign papers for a loan. I have been waiting for nearly an hour. Every time I have been here, even if it's just for the teller it has been at least an hour long process and I am sick of it. The point of joining a local credit union is so you get better service but I'm sorry becu is really starting to suck.

  Was happy with this CU. always treated me with respect as a human... Until I got scammed and then they treated me like a criminal and a number. Will end up closing my account since they aren't willing to work with a 'member'... really you're just a number and dollar amount attached to it.

  I went to this location yesterday to ask questions about how to open a checking and savings account. I met with Bonnie M. and she was FANTASTIC! Answered all my questions, got me set up with a new account, and was knowledgable and kind despite the fact that I was there until after closing. If you are thinking about switching to BECU, do it for the customer service alone!

  Don't ever use this bank, they were decent until they decided to take money out of my account for a car that I no longer have and was payed off by my insurance company after I got hit by another driver that ran a red light, they then refused to refund the amount even though they gaurenteed me it would not be taken out. Now I have to get a lawyer involved just to get my money back, this is very annoying! Never use this bank and save some stress!

  Lisa Williams at the Everett Branch was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. About a month ago I called BECU's Loss Recovery extension and spoke to a lady who I hope to never speak to again because she was rude and not helpful whatsoever, it was clear she hated her job that day; Stacy I hope my call was the last call of your shift because you sounded like you needed a nap. But anyway, thankfully Lisa Williams and the employees at the BECU Everett Branch were very kind and so willing to help. They helped work me through my situation and in the end had such a positive outcome. I just want to say Thank you and am very appreciative of the service you guys provide!

  Great place to bank especially if you travel the exchange rate on debit transactions is very low. Go somewhere else for a Home loan though the rates and down payment they wanted on a VA loan were terrible compared to 5 other banks.
