  Not sure how this guy can stay in business with the poor customer service skills he has. I called to see if they had ammo in stock for my husband. He was driving and guiding me on what to say, as I’m not knowledgeable in this area. Was told “this is the worst phone conversation I’ve been a part of” and was hung up on. Extremely poor service and definitely loss our business forever. Apparently you have to know exactly what you want and need before you reach out because it sounds like they have no desire to help you otherwise.

  Worst place to ever take your gun to get things swapped out. I was given a 100% guarantee that I wouldn't have a problem and the job could get done yes I knew what it was going to take but again told it can work and going to make it happen and I get a call two days later being told it can not happen and I get my gun back yeah I'll just with a pin welded to my gas block like y?? I think I should get it fixed for free how ever it takes

  Best attitudes ive seen in a pawn shop, they understand when things are just a bit too tight and you need the extra money.

  Man at the counter didnt notice when i walked in. Then was really rude and acting uninterested in all my items. Wouldnt negotiate prices and wanted me out of his door as fast as possible when he realized I am not going to let him extort my poor situation in life. Horrible business would not reccomend even stepping foot inside he might talk you into giving him your shoes off of your feet.
