  This place is legit honest and professional. I brought firearms in on 2 separate occasions for loans. Both times i needed specific amounts and when i was asked how much and told them both times Chris gave me the money i needed without any BS or lowballing me. A lot of people review based on how clean the store is, how friendly ect. I dont care about any of that stuff only thing i care about is being professional and knowledgeable and thats this pawn shop. Oh and its clean and they are friendly which is a bonus.

  These are good, honest, and fair people. They made accommodations for me that they didn't have to do. They treated me with respect and were very helpful. Check these guys before any other place in the area, trust me, you'll be happy you did.

  These guys are great! They were very friendly on the phone and even friendlier in person. I have dealt with othe pawn shops in the past and haven’t had the best experience. The first time I went here was because I arrived at a competitors shop 5 minutes before they closed and a very rude lady told me they were closed. I explained that it was an urgent matter and was a single mom needing the loan. She didn’t care. I called Top Tier and they told me to come on in and helped me. I also felt the price was fair. I will be a returning customer not only in times I may need a loan but also for purchases-in fact I put a gold Michael Kira watch on lawaway.

  Best pawn shop in Everett! I was sad when I left Marysville and my favorite pawn shop was not convenient to get to and then I discovered this shop. I have been to many of the pawn shops around Everett and these guys are amazing. They are very friendly and super fair on the amount they give you for your items. They also have a lower interest rate on pawns than Cash America by a lot. I will definitely keep coming back.
