  I cannot say enough great things about the team I worked with at Freedom Mortgage! Steven and Brianne (and others) worked hard to provide us with the best home loan experience we've ever had (there have been many). They made us feel like we actually mattered and weren't just a quota to meet. Steve called me in the evenings after I texted him with questions (I work long days in health care) to make sure I really understood what was going on. He watched for the best loan for us and went the extra mile to make sure we were receiving the best promotions going on. Brianne is amazing with all of the paperwork. She got back to me quickly, I was able to sign and photograph what she needed and relieved so much of the burden off me. I am so very happy with them all. Thank you for making us feel important.

We had a tricky situation and the buyers switched lenders AFTER we were mutual WITH a sudden credit issue that needed correcting... With THREE banking holidays, Jon and his incredible team closed this ON TIME, with time to spare, and didn’t skip a beat taking on this typically deal crushing events!   Freedom Mortgage renewed our faith in refinancing! We had cancelled a refinance with a different company, due to terrible customer service, and were referred to Jonathan Rittmueller. Jon made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He listened to what we wanted to do and then made suggestions that he thought would help us along the way.   Christopher Watkins was the first person to respond to my interest in a home on zillow.com. He sent a professional email with his photo, which I felt made him real, and called me the next day. That was VERY refreshing as the other realtors and loan officers I was in contact with were asking for personal information (only by email). Christopher made my husband and I feel like family from our first conversation to our last. He was realistic, patient, and proactive in finding us our forever home.

  Very great experience working with Janet Silvers and her assistant Dee Smith. My 2nd time going through Janet since my first loan processing went very quick and smoothly. Closed in 9 business days! Janet has surprised me twice now with exceeding my expectations on what I would qualify for. Also gives "what if" scenarios on my finances after completion of the loan and very clever structuring loans. And a humorous easy going personality to boot! Dee Smith was very quick with answers for me within 1-2 hours everytime I emailed her. I give Freedom Mortgage an A+ all around. Have already referred several friends and family members.
