  Charlene is one of the most amazingly frustrating teachers. She repeats the phrase constantly “Y’all understand, OK” without any feedback or care whether people really understand it. She’s absolutely rude about taking questions AND she constantly answers her phone in the middle of class. She really doesn’t respect who is paying for this class and while you may be a student, you are also a customer. Don’t expect to get treated like a customer. She is always late letting you out of class for lunch so good luck dealing with short lunches in an area you aren’t as used to. She will waste time to keep you up to the moment it is time to leave, then have something to add. Try Burk Baker... hopefully they are better than Charlene. You can also check with Donaldson to see if David or John are teaching the class as when they subbed in, they were much nicer people. The extra hard sell of “additional” material is pretty unsightly as well. That was pretty nasty. Lastly, this class is not even close to 90 hours in the classroom. It is 45 hours in the classroom and the balance is credited for online work... could do it all online a lot cheaper but the classroom setting does help. Don’t expect to finish in two weeks unless you can commit plenty additional time outside of class. How they advertise the real estate class as 90 hour 2 week classroom class boarders on fraud.

  Hi John, very sorry to see that you seem to have disliked one of our instructors and certainly we can appreciate your feedback. As you know, each of our instructors is evaluated by every student after every class session and these evaluation forms are reviewed regularly by management. While this particular instructor usually receives very high marks from past students, we can appreciate that sometimes the instructor/student fit may not always work perfectly. As for the program itself, there are several details here that are incorrect or misunderstood. However, rather than go through the details of explaining what is incorrect or further detailing how our competitor does not even remotely stack up to our level of education and service, what we can do is simply acknowledge your feedback and let you know we take it seriously. Unfortunately, since this review is under a name that we cannot verify as a student in our system we have no way to reach out to you personally or learn more about your experience with a more detailed conversation. Therefore, all we can do is thank you for the feedback and hope that we have an opportunity to earn your trust back as a customer in the future.

  From my education that enabled me to pass the Realestate exam to all of the continuing education, an excellent and genuinely worth while experience. Staff super helpful! Definitely recommend always.

  I am in the process of getting ready to pay my monies to attend this school for Real Estate. The present reviews have me torn. The long bad ones are very detailed and the good ones are very simple. When you have great experiences, I look for those reviews to be detailed. That would have been helpful to me a lot. I work too hard for my money and 395.00 is not change. I would love to see some of those past students with great reviews post on this platform to help me make my decision. I don't want to waste any money. Thanks

  I prepaid for the post licensing class and they only gave me 6 months from the time I buy it to use it. Fast forward to now after i took my test, got my license, pick a brokerage, and slowly working on my post licensing class, i have to pay an additional $95 to extend my online class for 30 days. I just feel like I paid for the additional post licensing cost and that I should be be able to use it until it is due. Also paying an additional $95 for an extension for 30 days is absolutely absurd. Following up, i guess they read my post or something. I had an email the next day. The email was an apology as well as a mode detailed agreement between us about the class. To me, owning up to a mistake show how honest and good an institution is. I appreciate how they resolved the issue between us and move forward with it. I am happy with the education and what I got from Donaldson.

  I took classes at Donaldson to obtain my Real Estate License and I was very well pleased with the instructor's ability to teach and the office staff were extremely helpful and kind. When they say read the book 5 times, read it 25 times! What they speak is truth and the License Prep Weekend Review helped me pass. They even paid for my Retake on the National and I passed the second try!

  Attending Donaldson Real Estate School was one of the best decisions I made! I took the PSI exam not long after I finished the 2 week course, and I was more than prepared. I would recommend Donaldson to anyone looking to start a career in real estate.
