  I can't say enough good things about this company. We started our home buying journey with agencies that would not even entertain us (we were looking for a VA lender for our home purchase). The property that we were purchasing was a family property where I would be fourth generation owner and we were on a time constraint to get the property sold to us, for a number of reasons. My husband was working with Chris previously before he was part of the Southwest Funding team at another agency. Long story short, that agency did not want to work with us either, but Chris kept in touch with us while we were exploring other options. We thought we had found another lender, only to find out they were trying to take us for everything we had saved for the purchase and insisted that we could not qualify for a VA loan. Very disheartened and upset over this, we reached out to Chris again, and found out that he had moved over to Southwest Funding and he was insistent that he could help us, and he did just that. After being jerked around, we were very hesitant about even starting over with another lender, but I'm so glad we did. We were kept informed every step of the way and the team at Southwest Funding was awesome. We closed on our home on July 30, 2021 and we couldn't be happier. I will tell everyone I know looking to purchase a home to deal with this company, especially Chris. Working with an amazing team of people that really care and treat you like family make all the difference. Thanks again to all of you!!!
