  Trang is the best loan officer. She answered my questions right away and even on the weekend. She is very knowledgeable. She even advised me which fees and service costed too much and I should look for alternative (such as title company). She even helped me to shop for a cheap but good quality home insurance. The best of all is that she gave me the best interest rate. She was very helpful that has saved me a lot of money, both in fees and monthly payment.

  Trang was very fast and detailed in giving us our refinancing. We went from a 5 percent interest to a 3 percent with no money down and only a little out of pocket. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend. Great job.
