  I worked with Walt Herschede as a first time homebuyer and the first time I have gotten a mortgage. We were a bit nervous about the process, and did not know what to expect.   I used power mortgage twice in the last year for my own refi and my parents . Walt is very detailed and patient , especially with all my questions . I would continued to work with Walt and power mortgage and send people his way. He gets the job done and it’s not trying to pull a fast one on you. Very transparent!

  Walt Herschede is so knowledgeable at his job, and very helpful to someone like myself (first time home buyer) who doesn't understand much of the language. There where many times that I was anxious and nervous and Walt kept in touch to let me know where we were in the process of my loan. He was also always friendly, kind and easy to talk to about any concerns or questions. I would recommend Walt to anyone!

  Walt Herschede, made my home buying experience one to remember, he treated me like family. He is very knowledgeable, quick responses to every message/question, dependable and he truly cares about your outcome. He worked great with my real estate agent, provided services such as e-sign and worked around my schedule as a shift worker with 5 kids. I would recommend Walt Herschede to anyone, he is a very easy going guy but a go getter.
