  When I started looking to buy my first home, I only had a few criteria for things I wanted, but what I really needed was for someone to help me figure out if a particular home had all the things I didn’t know I needed. Gina helped me figure out what would make me happy now and in the future, and knew what to look for in a home’s current layout and future potential. She made the process extremely efficient by sending options for me to look at online and help refine the search, taking me to properties that looked like good fits, and even going separately on her own to vet and weed out questionable looking listings so that I didn’t have to waste my time going in person. After settling on a home I wanted to move forward with, her involvement didn’t stop there. She recommended an outstanding home lender that made the mortgage process completely painless, brought a builder with her to make sure my thoughts on renovations were feasible, recommended a great inspector that was extremely thorough, and helped me figure out insurance. Filling out the paper work was straightforward and she explained everything really well whether my question were seemingly common knowledge to everyone but me, or really nitty gritty. When I told her my thoughts on renovating the house, she had countless recommendations for everyone needed to help me realize everything that would make this truly my ideal home. She’s even continued to help me after the sale, making sure that I’ll be happy with this house for years to come and has offered ideas and suggestions that I hadn’t even considered. I was extremely lucky to have her on my side during this entire process since she knew what to ask, think about, and look out for when I didn’t. Gina didn’t just help me find a home that ticked a few boxes, but made sure it was the right fit, was in good shape, had potential, and has helped me realize what my home can truly be.

  Gina was fantastic and made the home buying process as efficient and painless as possible.   Gina is amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and makes herself very accessible. She kept me on track and informed throughout the entire home searching/buying process and made the experience feel way less stressful than it could've been. The house she helped me find is incredible, and I couldn't have done it without her.
