  This is a complete Fraud! I have reported them to the department of education! They lie to you and say your loans will be forgiven after you pay them for 10 years! Which now that I spoke to the department of education pretty much everyone’s loans are forgiven after 10 years. I have paid them several thousand dollars and the only thing they did was fill out my recertification form for low income payments which again I was already eligible for because of my income and COVID! And I would have done myself if that hadn’t gotten into my student loan account!! Do major research before you believe their lies. They take advantage of people that are hurting financially and make them think they have everything handled!! Lies Lies Lies! BEWARE!!

  So far no problems. Was asked to give a review and that if I did, they would give me $25 credit towards my payment. So let's see if they stick to their word. Will give 5 stars once my loan is fully paid off and they held up their end of the bargain. If not I'll be back with a not so great review.

  First time having felt like someone was actually trying to help me pay back my student loans. Haven't had the best luck with other representatives in other companies and I thought it was lost battle. So happy I was finally able to make positive steps in the right direction. Thanks to Christopher Flores for taking the time to explain it to me in depth. He was great!

  The best customer service I can remember receiving from any company! Guillermo was patient and informative, and made me feel 100% comfortable discussing my situation and my options available to me.   DocuPrep Xpress helped me get into a Pay as You Earn Program that gives me affordable monthly payments for just over 3 years - then I’m done! The rest of my loan will be forgiven. No student loans for my children to pay off for me. I’m so grateful. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you thank you.

  It has been a long process but I do feel it will be worth it. Still concerned about the monthly payments but so far so good.

  Jeffrey was very nice, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything to me twice, to avoid any miscommunication and/or misunderstanding of the terms of which I would ultimately agree to. I admire quality customer service and Jeffrey definitely exudes nothing less.

  My rep, Patrick was very helpful and patient. He assisted me with a Student Loan Forgiveness Program. First time I feel I was made to understand that it is possible to pay my loan and still be able to pay my other bills. Thank you!
