Inspire Home Loans Reviews

Marrissa Padilla1HORRIBLE! My husband and I were ready to see & purchase a beautiful new build in Chino, CA. We already prequalified with our own lender. However, in order to just SEE these homes, we had to prequalify with Inspire. I emailed them multiple times to check on the status of our loan as we wanted to see the homes asap. Our realtor reached out as well. NO RESPONSE. Finally, since we had no response, I sent an email asking to please withdraw our application. I got an email back within 4 hours saying our application has been withdrawn. Really!?! Were you waiting for us to withdraw???? You guys are awful.

ATG fam1Incompetent and shady business practices. It was the lack of common decency to respect our time and money and the inability to give us lowest level of respect we deserve as people that ruined this entire experience for us honestly. Something that should have been a joyous occasion filled with excitement. Was turned into a stress filled nightmare at every occasion possible. What makes this even worse is that 99% of these issues could and should have been avoided. Even a single acknowledgement of a miss-step would have gone miles for us. But instead we get our loan officer Darrel(NMLS #193895) continuously ignoring our calls and messages for weeks multiple times and going back on what he told us, and when we finally get a chance to talk with him he gives us incorrect information, and at even yelling at us over the phone because his lack of competency and transparency to explain to us why our closing cost estimate went up $15,000 dollars left us in a state of shock and confusion and instead of trying to help us through that we get disrespected, which was figured out in the end but respect is not transactional and 1 deed doesn't right the other, especially because they upcharged us on our mortgage insurance by at least 10k, and other things that we didnt know were rip offs, which we didnt learn about until after closing and speaking to other industry professionals. then the whole scheduling the closing and getting the documents in to title was ridiculous. I drove across the valley 4 times, which could have been avoided if 4 seconds were taken to text or call. Or just keep me in the loop. And once we finally feel we're done with this tiring process we take our keys to our new home. And the home isn't finished,(the builders fault) And as a business owner myself I have shown more respect and courtesy to people buying 3 dollar fries from me, let alone a near 600 thousand dollar loan. So if you read this, save yourself the heartache and stay far, FAR away from inspire, especially darrell.. especially because I couldn't the dozens of instances of terrible business we experienced throughout this nightmare. We know people have had worse experiences but the preventability of 90% of the uses is what made this so much harder for us

johnny B1Horrible company with horrible customer service. If they were not the "preferred lender" for our builder, we would have stopped working with Inspire a long time ago. Worst loan experience I have ever gone through

Kyong Lee1The worst provided service that I ever had Please avoid their service as I've experienced multiple issues 1. Loan officer didn't disclose any information as to why the cost of closing cost increased 2. Miscalculation on escrow amount that I paid already during the transfer of my mortgage to different lender which took several calls and escalations to fix 3. Irresponsible and unprofessional customer service 4. Inspire home loans(service provider) and Midwest loan service (lender), Avoid at all costs!!
