  Loved working with this lender! Unlike many other lenders, I've had the quickest turnaround with this company. In my experience it is very rare for for a lender to provide such quick and reliable services while being transparent throughout the entire process. Keep up the great work guys!

  My team & I have worked with Marcel & Aurelia with Capital Benefit on hard/private money mortgage loans since summer of 2014, I feel compelled to share my experience with them because NO ONE in the industry is as swift, reliable or honest as they are. I've literally funded loans with them in 48 hours from time of origination to time of recording (FOR REAL), which is remarkable, no other lender that we've worked with can even come close to those kinds of turn-times. I personally funded about $15M with them in 2016 and hope to do even more in 2017. They are by far our favorite private money lender (and they service their own loans as well) in the industry. They offer 1st Trust Deeds, as well as 2nds (and in some cases 3rds) at very competitive terms. I strongly recommend them to anyone who may be in need of unconventional lending.

  Theeee worse company i have ever done business with. Paid them their 12% for two whole years. Was late 2times and they did not want to waive a single fee. They also do not have online payment options. You have to walk it in or mail it. Arrogance at its finest. Yet when it comes to asking for business their whole tone changes. Stay away. No mercy and no soul. Who want to work with anyone like that..

  Marcel and company are the worst financial institution to work with. I would never recommend them as they don't seek to help but to bleed the client they work with.

  Do NOT use this company!! If your client does not like their program they will call your client directly behind your back and try and snake your client! Unfortunately after speaking with the BRE there is nothing I can do about it. Shade is not illegal....just shady. I only marked 1 Star because you have to mark a rating to be able to post your review... bad business!!!
