  I just recently refinance my house with Bryan at Future First Lending. It was a great experience working with him, he's very knowledgeable and honest.   I was referred to Bryan by a friend who described a nice guy who can help me refinance my home loan without any issues. I'm happy to report she was right on both counts. Bryan was not only knowledgeable but responsive and prompt regarding all my questions whether by email or by messages left by phone. He was up front and honest, which in this industry is hard to find. The process was insanely easy and I got a great rate. I definitely will be coming back in the future, should I need any refinancing assistance and I will undoubtedly recommend him to my friends and family for his high caliber work. Thanks again!

  I just closed two refinance transactions with Bryan Bowmer, the owner of Future First Lending. He knows his business. He is very honest and treats you like his "most important" customer. He responded very quickly to every one of my questions whether by email or phone. Both transactions went just as he said they would. The interest rate was what he said, the closing time was what he said and the cost was what he said. There were no surprises in the end. I appreciate this about Bryan. If I am ever in the market for a lender, Bryan will be my first call.

  Bryan came highly recommended as a professional to facilitate our mortgage, and I could not be happier. I believe the qualities you want in a broker; knows their stuff, personable, excellent communication and A+ on the follow through, and that is Bryan!   I have worked with Bryan through refinancing two different homes. We had such a great experience with him the first time that when we decided to refinance again, calling him was a no-brainer. What I really appreciate about working with Bryan is that he is easy to get a hold of and as he walked me through every step and answered my many, many questions. He will continue to be my go-to guy.   I have done 4 refinances on my homes with Bryan in the last 4 years. He is available, courteous, knowledgeable, fair, and just a very nice person. All of the refinance closings were the fastest I've ever done in my life. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. I have referred him to my friends and relatives with very good results. Seriously, if you want a fast no hassle refi call him. I don"t think you will regret it.

  Bryan was recommended by a friend who had recently completed a refinance with him. She raved about how easy the entire process was so I decided to give him a call. He answered immediately and begin crunching the numbers. Shot over all the documents then sat back and relaxed. The whole process was remarkably smooth, he totally knows his stuff. The numbers he gave in the beginning, were the numbers we got at the end. I still can't believe how effortless it all was, closed in 2 weeks. I would totally recommend that you use Bryan during your next purchase or refi experience.

  I have had past experiences with Bryan, it was and still Was a smooth , professional experience…I recently once again went with Bryan , Closed in 2 weeks.   I've been working with Bryan since 2013 and have been more than pleased. I was referred to him by a colleague to refinance my home after poor experiences trying to work with other people. She refi'd with him and had nothing but awesome things to say. He was amazing to work with...extremely responsive, sharp, honest (hard to find in this industry), and fun to chat with too. I was so happy with his service that I reached out to him early last year when I was starting to look at buying a new home. He actually remembered me after all that time! Although I haven't found my forever home in this crazy market yet, it's comforting to know that I can reach out to Bryan at any time and he drops everything to help :)
