  This is the second time I've used Directions Home Loan and loan officer Marcus Spitzer to do my loan. They were able to match the rate I got from Highland Homes and gave me a great loan. Service was awesome, closing was smooth, and they pre-funded so I got my keys quickly. I'm in real estate and sell homes for a home builder and this is by far the best mortgage company I've ever done business with.

  Purchasing a home is very stressful to begin with. Back in December I was referred to Gary with directions home loan by my realtor. At first he was very friendly and eager to work with my husband and I on approving us. He was very quick in his response time and told us exactly what to do. So I get pre-approved for a loan and go house hunting. Gary told me that my minimum would have to be 20%. This of course was way more than I anticipated so we did not go through with it. Fast forward to now when I have had more time to research and speak with other lenders. It sounds as if directions was going to commit mortgage fraud. The minimum down on an FHA loan is 3.5%. So not sure where the 20% came from. Now Gary does not respond for days and just keeps giving us the run around. This is why people don't buy houses.

  Marc and Holly with Directions Equity were a pleasure to work with. They took care of all our questions, were in constant communication with us and made sure we closed on our house as soon as possible.   After going with a lender that didn’t follow through before , I lost a home I put an offer in on. I was so scared this would happen again but I went with Directions Home Loan and they made it happen! They will do whatever it takes and my loan was tough due to financial problems with being out of work for some time fighting cancer. These guys made it work and I’m in my new home today thanks to them!
