  I personally Don’t like Wells Fargo. BB&T is what i call concierge banking. What they do in 15 min Wells fargo does in 7 days literally i am not kidding. Also the staff is very friendly to the point that instead of going to the clossest branch to my house i come to this one🤦‍♂️i just like the service 5 Star.

  ✊😼 Knock Knock what you got? Roger Ruiz My Man and the Banking team. Hey you! Yes you with accounts somewhere else. We both know you dont like it there, how does it feel that cold branch that ignores you when you walk in?? Change to the best BB&T bitter and 1604 and ask for for service and you already handed with a courtesy bottle water. Like a hotel lobby would do. Enjoy the BB&T Resort and Spa treats😂

  BB&T is terrible. We used to have Citibank before BB&T bought out all their branches/accounts in San Antonio. The service there was always terrific, and our online banking updated all our transactions in real time. With BB&T we never really know how long a deposit will take to show up. We had a few rough months and a couple of overdrafts (which we rectified immediately and paid all the charges), and now we have a 7-day delay on any checks we deposit. We spoke with a manager and they didn't give us any options to work with them to lift these delays, and couldn't even tell us how long this would last. We run a small business and these holds on our deposits are killing us. Our branch used to have a terrific staff who had worked with us for years and took really good care of us, but one day BB&T just decided to replace the entire staff with people from another branch, and now the great service we've come to expect has completely dried up.

  Horrible..... Do not trust these people to take care of your money. They didn't take care of mine. Customer service is also awful.

  I know Roger and the tellers and they are all very good with their work and they help me and my grandmother a lot especially because she has a physical condition and at the branch they all help her all the time. Best place for Mexicans
