      I needed help because my debit card had been hacked which Felicia at the Bitters Rd/1604 branch realized. She put me in contact with Sheri Ward at that same branch and Ms. Ward took care of everything for me. I'm so very thankful to them for their professionalism and understanding.

      Yes, my fault I lost debit card. Got a new one at this location. Tried to use later declined several places. Went to O'Connor branch and they said card was deactivated. Lady asked me if the card was the lost one. I said no, I just got it yesterday at the Blanco Road branch. They gave me a new activated card and having no problems. Love the O'Connor branch. Will think twice before using Blanco branch.

      I have been a member for a long time and I have always received excellent customer service from the organization and this branch. I feel valued as a member and have received wonderful service. The employees are always professional, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. As for the people complaining about being charged to cash a check, if you're not a member then banks and credit unions usually charge a small fee. I used to be a member of what is now called Credit Human, and even as a member, I was charged multiple fees for almost everything I did. Needless to say, I closed my account. Firstmark has been absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air to deal with. I absolutely recommend them, and this branch to everyone.

      I am not a member her, But I am a member of other Credit Unions and have never had to have someone that I write a check to have to pay for it to be cashed. I recieved a check from someone for service and this Back charged me $3.00 dollars to cash the check because I am not a member here with them. With what is going on in this world right now and having to pay for money that should be your is absolutely wrong. This is a credit union and not a Bank right?? This is just Unbelievable and if any member writes a check to a non member please add the additional $3.00 that your credit union charges so that person will get all of there money for there service.

      I can't say enough good things about this place and it's staff. I walked in with a financial burden, and I asked for the best way to go about it. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and walked me through the steps to achieve financial stability. They made it happen for me, and know I can say, that if it wasn't for them, I would still be living paycheck-to-paycheck. I'm glad to be a member of FirstMark. I highly recommend them!

      Due to bad weather every location is opening a hour late. A note on door would have been appreciated. Security was kind enough to inform those waiting in parking lot. Not a real big deal for more of a courtesy. Service is still fantastic overall

      Fees for everything. Their member wrote me a check and they want to charge ME to cash it? Remind me to never let FirstMark play with my money. ..not to mention rude and understaffed.. poor business practices
