  If we could give Megan and the Cloud team 1 MILLION Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- that STILL wouldn't be enough!! Words simply CANNOT express how AMAZING they are!! When my husband and I were referred to Megan and VIP Mortgage, we had no idea what a blessing this would be!!! From the very start, Megan and The Cloud TEAM hit the ground running and we were able to close within 1 MONTH!!! Each of these individuals possess the utmost professionalism and phenomenal work ethic. Anjanette and Cathy were nothing short of amazing! They all were very responsive, they would pick up the phone whenever we called, AND they would call and give a heads up before sending over ANY document to explain and allow us the opportunity for questions. They are so professional and we were so impressed and pleased that we received process updates every step of the way!!   Jason Anderson at VIP Mortgage worked closely with my husband and I to secure the best interest rates and cash to close amounts possible. Jason reviewed several options with us, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, we had tons of questions and Jason was quick to respond to everything we asked. Amazing customer service, and great rates!

  Absolutely awful. Got started with them dec 2020. Things started off great but slowly got worse. Little to not contact. Except to keep asking for info already provided. They would wait until 430 pm on a Friday to ask for something "urgently" then wouldn't reply until the following Monday. I attempted to keep contact with them but never got straight answers. They wouldn't even tell me the closing cost needed until 2 hours before the meeting to close. Unprofessional and disorganized. Made my first time buying a home horrible. Not to mention they home appraiser they hired was made aware of the offer I made on the house. Even tho it was projected by my realtor and the seller to appraise lower. The appraiser happened to appraise the exact amount offered. And gave no evidence to substantiate the appraisal. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND VIP MORTGAGE

  Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I helped my brother apply for a mortgage loan under Andrew Ibarra on March 29th, because, I had seen a great review about him on Facebook. We uploaded all required documentation on the borrower portal within 30 mins of filling out the application to make andrew’s job easier. Andrew ran a credit check and we never heard from him again. I called him and followed up with him via text as well to no avail. Why run a credit check if you don’t actually intend on working the client? Anyways! Thankfully we have a loan officer who is responsive, communicates and above all respects our time and effort! My brother will closing on his new home on the 20th 👍🏽 So, in conclusion if you are trying to avoid unnecessary inquires and a loan officer who is unresponsive do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

  Jimmy went over and beyond! Jimmy constant contact kept all parties up to date throughout the process, he also provided accomplishments with the listing agent proving we were headed to the closing table. We closed in 18 days rather then the standard 30-35 days. Thank you Jimmy for all the hard work you did. My client is super happy. She is starting the New Year in her New Home.
