  Nicole is the best ! She is a hard worker, very detailed and wont stop until she gets you approved. I am so glad to have found her she helped me refinance twice. When all other lenders denied me she was the one that saved the day. I cant express enough how good she is. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for financing!   We worked with Nicole and Lucrative Home Loans on the purchase of our new home and couldn't be more thankful for the service we received. I ask a lot of questions, I mean a lot, and Nicole gladly took every phone call, text, and email and was incredibly responsive in doing so. I had a bad experience with our first home purchase lender and felt very uninformed by the end of the process. By the end of this purchase I felt completely prepared for closing and the financial workings of our new mortgage. I would suggest using LHL 100/100 times!
