  Having been a BoA customer for decades, I was fed up. I tried this bank and am so glad I did. The place is amazing, friendly, professional, and a whole different experience. The only thing this place lacks is an outdoor sign indicating their name. I’m sure that will come someday.

  They can't give you a 10 day loan payoff quote. They will tell what it is but no physical copy. They rather you call a phone number and wait online for 60 mins + to ask for the same thing. Then they will mail it to you. If it ever comes. I need that information for a refinance but it seems like they're holding my loan hostage and try to prevent me from anyway from leaving. I had a loan with BBT. I didn't ask for this. How in this day and age do I have to jump through these hoops.

  I have been with Suntrust for over 10 years now and I can say that I will be VERY happy to switch! I recently had a bunch of fraudulent charges to my business account and they in NO way made this process easy or fun for me… Also don’t understand every time you go into a bank there are 10 people working but only 1 can help you with something and have to wait for an hour. Just super frustrated…

  There is ALWAYS an issue here. Commercial lane is closed for a 10k deposit. 5 tellers standing in the window.... how does that make sense? They require a mask, but employees are not all properly wearing one. They close at 4 and were not open on weekends, so I had to drive several miles away to deposit cash. They will not let anyone else deposit cash into your account, but they can deposit a bad check... I am absolutely thrilled that I closed my account and do not have to go back into any suntrust branch.

  Convenient location. Staff friendly. Lots of parking, plus drive thru facilities. Highly recommend opening an account here. Also, I heard they have great rates on home mortgage loans. Very low interest rates on business loans as well.

  Worst SunTrust in cape coral!! This bank supposed to have drive thru open at 830 it's not really screwing with people's timelines by not operating during their own business hrs

  Super slow always packed with people sitting at their desk but can’t help any one. Manager seems to be miserable working there

  Always something with this bank. Your $7.00 charge just lost you a long time customer. I changed banks a long time ago but my wife kept her personal account with you but after today she will close that account. I hope that $ 7.00 charge you tried to charge me was worth loosing a long time customer!!!

  Suntrust its self is very unfair. Had 3 overdraft fees because CASH did not clear the same day i put it in atm. When talked to manager they said atm says make deposits before certain time. To this day it still does not say anything like that
