  Deb provided excellent service in helping us secure a great rate for our new home purchase using a VA loan. Since this was not the first time we had used it, she walked us through the basics and changes that occur once you use it again and stayed in constant contact as we had some delays on the sellers end. She has always remained available for questions and support through the years.

  We can highly recommend Debbie Vallejo, Bayfield Home Loans. She is patient with explaining all the details of a mortgage and the entire buying process. We very much appreciate that she is honest, straight-forward, and realistic. Debbie helped us see exactly what our expenses would be with purchasing a new home using several different loan options; helping us make the best decision. She was always available to answer questions. With big banks we didn't have open access to a loan officer except during business hours, and even then they seemed too busy. Debbie helped us on weekends and evening hours. With her personal service and patience, we felt like we were a priority. Wish there was a higher rating. 5+++++++++ star rating from us!!!

  Mrs. Vallejo was hands down the best loan officer I've ever worked with. She was extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable, and always prompt throughout the entire process. She was able to secure me a great rate and minimize the closing costs putting thousands of dollars back in my pocket. This was my third home purchase and it was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience thus far largely due to Mrs. Vallejo's incredible attitude and work ethic. As such, I highly recommend anyone go to Mrs. Vallejo if you want a top notch experience and the maximum possible savings.
