  Tanner and his team went above and beyond with helping me get my house refinanced. My situation was unique and very challenging. Tanner continued to look out for me even when it looked like I wouldn’t be able to refinance. He kept looking for a way to help me and he eventually found it! During the process, he kept the communication line open with phone calls, texts, and emails. At any given time, I was aware of where I was in my refinancing process. When it came time to sign the documents, his team really took care of me. They were so patient and kind. I loved doing business with them and I highly recommend everyone else does too! 5 out of 5 stars all the way!

  Tanner over at Bayfield Homeloans, and his entire team are phenomenal. This being my first time purchasing a home and dealing with a very difficult seller and agent, Tanner and Barbara made the financial portion of this experience seemless. They reached out to me every Tuesday just to see how I was doing and to see if I may have had any questions, and everytime something came up they were sure to reach out to me via email, text, phone call and sometime all three just to ensure I was kept in the loop. Tanner also made recommendations to other services I would need throughout the home buying process that made my life so much easier. I cannot speak highly enough about Tanner and his team.   Tanner and the team were awesome and amazingly helpful during the house purchasing process. Tanner spent the extra time walking us through documentation, presenting us with all potential loan options and explaining to us the benefits to each specific option. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the field and took the time to answer all of our questions to ensure we understood and felt comfortable with our options.   Tanner was a tremendous help when we purchased our home! He was available for both good questions and silly ones. He was patient and reassuring. Several months after closing the interest rates dropped significantly and he again helps us refinance our loan at a better rate. You are in good hands with Tanner!

He was not only friendly and personable, but was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. As first time home buyers in the crazy market of 2021, Tanner made this process excessively easy.
