  My wife and I finished a refi with David Walterman a few months ago. We got to skip two months of payments!!! Rates have been at an all time low. He got me a great deal which took 10 years off our mortgage. No money out of pocket. Out of the 17 plus real estate /mortgage deals we have done in our lifetime, this one was the easiest and Dave kept me on track the whole way. Since we locked in, rates have increased by a quarter of a point and bouncing around, so we are glad we pulled the trigger when we did. If you are thinking about making a move, now is the time. They are giving away free money. Dave even said that certain people who qualify can buy a home with no money down!! Call Dave for a quote. It’s worth a phone call and quotes are free.
