  I've been a member for the better part of 30 years. These people are well trained, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and don't make mistakes. I've had multiple credit cards and loans through them over the years, and all of my fees have been fair and reasonable. I wouldn't bank with anyone else.

  I've been with SchoolsFirst for 15 years and I have to say this is one of the best Credit Unions I have ever been with they are so genuine honest compassionate caring going the extra mile type of customer service at every Bank should have nobody can touch these people I have dealt with from the credit union from Cypress Placentia Anaheim Hills Temecula Santa Ana they are all truly amazing and beautiful people inside and out the call center amazing I've never ever gotten anyone ever rude. They have always been above and beyond amazing with their customer service I have spoken with the lady named Miriam and collections because I had missed a payment on my credit card amazing I had gotten fraud done on my account I dealt with a young man named Ernest in the fraud department amazing I cannot talk anymore about this Credit Union they are God sent and they are the beautifulest people ever you guys rock keep doing what you're doing because you're doing something right. Thank you so much for all you do

  Always a great experience. I go here on my way home from work and never have issues. I'm always surprised the bank tellers are not behind bulletproof glass for their protection. Crazy world out there!

  Its a very good bank to bank at.The employees are friendly they treat you like your part of their family. The best customer service in town.They allways have coffee out for their customers. Allways greet you with a hello and a smile. They have good interest rate on car and personal loans. They have different problems to help you in hard times. They are allways their to help you out or help fix the problems if they can. I love this bank allways have go experience with them. I highly recommend this bank over any other bank. Their highly trained.

  Good friendliness vibes inside the building itself. I love how they treat you with kind greetings and respect as soon as you walk through that door. Nevertheless, the area is purified with cleaness just how it should be. The moment you step inside schools first, you know that feeling of confort.

  They make promises when I special order certain denominations and managers shake your hand ensuring the commitment will be fulfilled and three times they have failed me. Just sucks when I plan limited time I have during their business hours to swing by and all they have is empty promises and "sorry for the inconvenience "

  I've been a member 4 @ least 25 years. They just remodeled the whole inside. It's done very tastefully. If it ran good b 4, it runs even smoother now. The staff is always so cheerful & extremely helpful, no matter what you came there for, they go out of their way to help take care of you. This branch in particular is my favorite.   If you want to bank with an organization that doesn't shaft you at every possible opportunity, you better be married and/or related to a school employee. This credit union changed my life. 10/10 will never use any other bank again.
