      Fast and friendly staff, simple parking, clean bank. Be polite: Wear your mask because they have to and you're not a snowflake who will melt if you have to be considerate. Or, if you are a melting snowflake, just use the ATM.

      I was really upset with the customer service! Have been there three times and went to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time we are going to be disrespected there. Very rude clerk who seemed to be from around Asia (couldn’t get her name because we were kicked out) only because she said we looked “suspicious”.

      Currently with Bank of America for all my personal and business banking needs who are excellent for everything. Decided to apply for a credit card with citi and considering I don’t even have an account with them I was out in literally 10 minutes approved for a high limit credit card. They didn’t even try to convince me to switch. Very professional and no BS just straight up like they should.

      I'm highly irritated about now! The branch in Yorba Linda, Ca. closed several weeks ago without a warning, so I have been using the branch at LaPalma and Imperial Hwy in Anaheim Hills since., even though in much farther away from my house. Yesterday I arrived Five minutes late wasn't able to use, so I came back today to find a sign in the window saying this branch has moved, evwn farther away without warning again
