  I spoke to a representative at this company because I needed some more information and assistance with my student loans. They were professional in explaining the process and were able to approve me for one of the Income Based Programs. Not sure why all these other customer's are complaining, but maybe they should call the company first before sharing how they feel via reviews. These guys are processors of course they will ask for a payment. Pay attention to what is explained to you people, their website even shows a disclosure that they are not directly connected with the DOE.

  It’s a scam do not please don’t fall for it I’ve been paying for almost a year and it went noooo where I’ve already reported them and trying to get a refund from bank. My Student loan was forgiven and they still have been charging me. I hope this helps someone before it’s to late.
