  Awful place. I walk in, I have to serve myself and find someone to help me. The security guard and the lady in charge were slouched around the whole time cussing up a storm at each other looking like a bunch of homeless. Lady had one hell of an attitude. The lady, and the tattooed register man reeked of old tobacco and were rude. Tried pawning a newer item which goes around $1k-1.3k and was offered $140 practically new? I got an estimate there that was 3x that pay. Didn’t seem like they had an idea of what they were talking about and were unprofessional. Never coming back, nor will anyone I know.

  I always have a good experience whenever I come here. They are always fair and are very helpful. I don’t go to any other place due to the good experience. Thanks guys for the amazing service! You are always so helpful!

  If they promise you that they are going to call. Like 100% call you when the dates are approaching. Don’t trust them. Also when you come in and they say you have a lot of time to pick up your item: don’t believe them. You can only pay with cash. And every day you come back later is money in the pocket for them. They were lying about the due date and about the communication. Also when I said I don’t need the item anymore, the lady said I either have to pay $58 or $123, those were the only two options. But there was another option: to walk away. Cost $0 They don’t explain what they mean.

  Need to update your business hours posted online. I found this pawn shop through OfferUp but it takes all day to get A reply.

  Thank you for letting us know our hours are not correct online. We needed to adjust our hours because of staffing issues. For the record we are open Monday Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. 9:30- 6 M-F 9:30-5 Sat. Closed Wednesday and Sunday.

  I visit a lot of pawn shops in orange county and I've been to a lot good ones and bad ones, this one is one of the bad ones. I came looking to buy some jewelry and the guy helping me there didn't even know what he was talking about when it came down to his items. The lady in charge was super rude when I would ask questions about the items I got back a lot of attitude as if I was bothering her.
